Arsen is the engine behind our social engineering work. It lets us run tests well beyond classic email phishing: messages written for a specific recipient, SMS from a local number, and phone calls where the voice is cloned and the conversation is held live rather than read from a script. The output is not a click-through rate. It is a picture of which processes — payment approval, password reset, changing bank details — are genuinely open to manipulation in your organisation. Deepfake belongs to the workshop rather than the campaign: the platform simulates the voice, so that is what we test, and the face is what we demonstrate.
